Orion is Winter's most dominant constellation, arriving late Autumn and not leaving until early Spring.
While most objects here are more suitable for medium or large telescopes, quite a number of objects are binocular-accessible. In particular, the Orion Nebula (M42) and The Trapezium can certainly be enjoyed—if not fully explored—with binoculars.
