If you live in Canada, the shipping rates depend on one’s residence, either ‘regional’ or ‘national’. Within Ontario the rate is
$7.90; from outside Ontario the rate is $11.69 (yes, nearly twice the cost of shipping to the US!)
So, if you are a resident of Ontario, send a money order for $23.85 Canadian; anywhere else in Canada send a money order
for $27.64 Canadian.
Canadian residents will therefore notice a distinct advantage of ordering through the internet since we must standardise the postal rates for our on-line orders.
If you live in the US, send a money order for $21.95 US
which is the total of $15.95 and the $6.00 US air postage and handling rates.
US Residents: please make sure you use the proper
amount! We've noticed that a number of orders from the US have been
returned to the sender for additional postage.
If you live anywhere outside North America, send a money order for $15.95 US
plus $7.00 US for air postage and handling, for a total of $22.95
US.
(We apologise for the excessive rates the postal service now demands. In fact, the rate is slightly
more than this.)
We also accept cheques if written on a Canadian bank, All orders, Canadian, US, and International, are sent by air.
Please double check your figures! If the amount sent does not agree
with the edition you are requesting, the money order will be returned.
